The Message
7-9 When Sanballat, Tobiah, the Arabs, the Ammonites, and the Ashdodites heard that the repairs of the walls of Jerusalem were going so well—that the breaks in the wall were being fixed—they were absolutely furious. They put their heads together and decided to fight against Jerusalem and create as much trouble as they could. We countered with prayer to our God and set a round-the-clock guard against them.
Nehemiah 4:13-14
The Message
13-14 So I stationed armed guards at the most vulnerable places of the wall and assigned people by families with their swords, lances, and bows. After looking things over I stood up and spoke to the nobles, officials, and everyone else: “Don’t be afraid of them. Put your minds on the Master, great and awesome, and then fight for your brothers, your sons, your daughters, your wives, and your homes.”

The Message
40-41 When he came back to his disciples, he found them sound asleep. He said to Peter, “Can’t you stick it out with me a single hour? Stay alert; be in prayer so you don’t wander into temptation without even knowing you’re in danger. There is a part of you that is eager, ready for anything in God. But there’s another part that’s as lazy as an old dog sleeping by the fire.”
6am Father, as we pray and set a watch, let every night assault against our progress be intercepted.
9am I receive grace for vigilance against subtle attack, spiritual fatigue, and invisible resistance.
12pm Every Sanballat and Tobiah speaking contempt against divine rebuilding, be silenced.
3pm Let every trap set in hidden hours be exposed before it can mature into damage.
6pm Lord, arm Your people with discernment, courage, and disciplined watchfulness.
9pm I decree that opposition will not halt construction, prayer, or prophetic fulfillment.
12am Every midnight transaction against my household, assignment, and calling, be canceled by the blood of Jesus.
3am O God, establish the watch and give us victory over all resistance in this season.
📌 NOTE
You can combine all of these prayers at once—for example at 12 midnight, morning prayers, 12 noon, and 6 pm prayers. You are not restricted to these time frames.
We encourage breaking of fast with communion, but it is not mandatory.
