Isaiah 54:13-17

The Message

^11-17 “Afflicted city, storm-battered, unpitied:
I’m about to rebuild you with stones of turquoise,
Lay your foundations with sapphires,
construct your towers with rubies,
Your gates with jewels,
and all your walls with precious stones.
All your children will have God for their teacher—
what a mentor for your children!
You’ll be built solid, grounded in righteousness,
far from any trouble—nothing to fear!
far from terror—it won’t even come close!
If anyone attacks you,
don’t for a moment suppose that I sent them,
And if any should attack,
nothing will come of it.
I create the blacksmith
who fires up his forge
and makes a weapon designed to kill.
I also create the destroyer—
but no weapon that can hurt you has ever been forged.
Any accuser who takes you to court
will be dismissed as a liar.
This is what God’s servants can expect.
I’ll see to it that everything works out for the best.”

Deuteronomy 6:7-9

The Message

^6-9 Write these commandments that I’ve given you today on your hearts. Get them inside of you and then get them inside your children. Talk about them wherever you are, sitting at home or walking in the street; talk about them from the time you get up in the morning to when you fall into bed at night. Tie them on your hands and foreheads as a reminder; inscribe them on the doorposts of your homes and on your city gates.

6am Lord, let Your light arise upon students and thinkers until excellence becomes a testimony of divine wisdom.

9am I ask for wisdom without reproach for every believer positioned in academia, policy, and research.

12pm Every veil over minds, be lifted; every intellectual captivity resisting truth, be broken.

3pm Let innovation, discovery, and insight flow to the saints for societal transformation and kingdom witness.

6pm Father, give our children and leaders superior understanding joined with humility and purity.

9pm I decree that confusion, mediocrity, and educational stagnation shall not define this generation.

12am Let libraries, laboratories, and lecture halls become fields for divine encounter and righteous influence.

3am O God, release covenant intelligence that will answer pressing problems and glorify Christ in the nations.

 📌 NOTE

You can combine all of these prayers at once—for example at 12 midnight, morning prayers, 12 noon, and 6 pm prayers. You are not restricted to these time frames.

We encourage breaking of fast with communion, but it is not mandatory.
