8 Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things.

Matthew 12:36-37

36 But I say to you that for every idle word men may speak, they will give account of it in the day of judgment. 37 For by your words you will be justified, and by your words you will be condemned.”

Philippians 4:8-9
The Message
8-9 Summing it all up, friends, I’d say you’ll do best by filling your minds and meditating on things true, noble, reputable, authentic, compelling, gracious—the best, not the worst; the beautiful, not the ugly; things to praise, not things to curse. Put into practice what you learned from me, what you heard and saw and realized. Do that, and God, who makes everything work together, will work you into his most excellent harmonies.

Matthew 12:36-37
The Message
34-37 “You have minds like a snake pit! How do you suppose what you say is worth anything when you are so foul-minded? It’s your heart, not the dictionary, that gives meaning to your words. A good person produces good deeds and words season after season. An evil person is a blight on the orchard. Let me tell you something: Every one of these careless words is going to come back to haunt you. There will be a time of Reckoning. Words are powerful; take them seriously. Words can be your salvation. Words can also be your damnation.”

6am Father, purify the airwaves, platforms, and communication channels polluted by lies, seduction, and violence.

9am I arrest demonic narratives that normalize evil and desensitize people to sin.

12pm Let every weaponized media agenda built against truth and righteousness be scattered.

3pm Raise journalists, broadcasters, writers, editors, and creators who fear God and honor truth.

6pm I decree that false witness, manipulated reports, and propaganda shall be exposed and overturned.

9pm Lord, give Your people wisdom to discern what they consume, share, amplify, and celebrate.

12am Let the media mountain become a channel for truth, beauty, courage, and redemptive witness.

3am O God, silence the lying tongue and establish voices that will heal, illuminate, and awaken nations.

 📌 NOTE

You can combine all of these prayers at once—for example at 12 midnight, morning prayers, 12 noon, and 6 pm prayers. You are not restricted to these time frames.

We encourage breaking of fast with communion, but it is not mandatory.
