Hello Friends, following the message on Getting answers to the why and confronting the Goliaths of your life sent earlier, as we reflect on the Goliaths that are staring us in the face every day, just like David, they need to be confronted one way or another. If not, they will still come to bite us one day.. Goliaths are relentless..they come to steal, kill and destroy…. John 10:10

It is Instructive to note that David, after killing Goliath as a young boy got almost killed by another Goliath at old age, You can read the account below:
2 Samuel 21:16-22

Remember, the devil is relentless.. even in his Engagement with Jesus, he left Jesus for an opportune time after 3 knockout blows..read that account in Luke 4

Let’s look at 5 action plans you can take:
Action plans:

1) Pencil down Goliaths in Your Life, Your Family, Your Community, Your State, Your Nation, the Nations of the world and finally, Your Church both local and Global… whether you like it or not, we are technically and spiritually in a global room. You can run but you can’t hide from those who you and I are intricately connected to, one way or another. For instance, the COVID-19 pandemic and the Ukraine- Russian war has proven these beyond reasonable doubt.  Remember who is my neighbor in the story of the good Samaritan in
Luke 10:23-34

2) Get as much information as you can, both from the physical and spiritual realm.Things you see in the physical realm are not exactly what they seems until you kick into the spirit, with the help of your helper, the Holy Spirit.. He is gentle, He will not intervene without your invitation.. remember, God said, “My Spirit will no longer strive with man’s spirit.” Paraphrased – Genesis 6:3.. He is waiting so that you can secure all the ammunition you need to confront all the Goliaths in your life as  you get into warfare mode.

Next, 

3) Ask for wisdom on a battle strategy… One size strategy does not fit all Goliaths confronting your life..James 1: 5-6.The Holy Spirit will give the needed guidance.

4) Begin the warfare ALONE or with OTHERS with same tenacity, Fearlessness,  boldness, and relentless Faith. Remember, you are part of an army of the living God on earth..using all the information you have garnered above, war alone, and war with others who have the same tenacity… Note:  David forth Goliath alone…the others came to take the spoil when Goliath was down.. Not every one who says they want to fight Goliath with you really mean what they say…we have many fearful fighters..by their fruits, you shall know them. Do analysis, spiritually speaking of who you going to battle with.. remember Gideon’s army of first batch of 32000 men was skinned down by God to 300 men..just analyze the ratio, 1% was qualified to fight – Judges 6:1-7,25 and Judges 7.. Also read 1 Samuel 17.. one young David alone confronting Goliath, and the army of the whole nation hiding in caves.. it’s not about numbers..it’s about the heart.. Fearlessness, boldness in relentless faith!

Meditate on scriptures below to gain understanding concerning your role as as part of the army of the living God:

On the spiritual plain, how do you war? – What do you war for in those 7 realms in item one above?

You war for the superimposition of God’s kingdom over those 7 realms, ..as it is in heaven, so on earth..be attentive to the prayer points that the Holy Spirit impacts to you as you enforce God’s kingdom upon your life, the family, both close and extended, your community, your state, your Nation, the nations of the world and your church and the global church body.. the Holy SPIRIT will expand that prayer for you in ways beyond comprehension.. remember, you are an extension of Jesus intercessory ministry here on earth.. that is the full intent of Discipleship..Go and make God’s kingdom in people’s lives..

Matthew 6:10. .your kingdom come, your will be done on earth as it is in heaven – paraphrased

Remember, when David confronted Goliaths, every statement He made was about the kingdom…God’s kingdom and realm..He told Goliath he has come against God..

Next,

5) Ask for physical actions you can take to confront Goliaths...  They will just bubble up from your spirit in your heart to your mind… for most, it will come naturally to you, as if it’s your ideas but it is Him..as led by His peace.
