*Sample prayer for the Continent of Oceania*

Scripture Foundation:
“But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me… to the end of the earth.” – Acts 1:8 (NKJV)
“…the Father is seeking such to worship Him.” – John 4:23 (NKJV)

Prayer:
*Father Lord,
On this national day of celebration, we lift up the people and leaders of Oceania before Your throne. Thank You for the gift of nationhood and the grace that has sustained this land thus far. But more than prosperity and independence, we cry out for spiritual awakening—that this nation may be filled with true worshipers, who worship You in spirit and in truth.

Father, pour out Your Holy Spirit afresh across every city, tribe, and tongue. Ignite revival from the hearts of individuals to the halls of government. Let the Church arise in power, walking in love and boldness, being true witnesses of Christ—starting from their homes and stretching to the ends of the earth.

Break down the idols of pride, corruption, and false worship. Raise up a generation that seeks Your face and walks in Your truth. May this nation not just be great in wealth, but great in spirit—standing as a beacon of Your kingdom values.

We declare that this be established NOW in the countries that make up Oceania Jesus name Amen

*“The Hidden Room” – Elijah Ajayi story*

Elijah Ajayi was a powerful oil magnate in Nigeria. His empire stretched across continents, and his wealth could buy almost anything—or so he thought.

Behind the glamour and headlines, Elijah carried a fear that haunted him for years: betrayal, death, and judgment. Ever since he narrowly escaped an assassination attempt during a business fallout, he began building layers of protection—armed guards, private jets, hidden surveillance, and the most prized of all: a state-of-the-art underground bunker beneath his Abuja mansion. Steel walls. Air filtration systems. A secret escape route that only he and one engineer knew about.

This bunker became his sanctuary.

Down there, he kept the world out—and God too.

His Bible gathered dust in a locked drawer. The prayers of his late mother echoed in memory, but he had long dismissed them as the cries of weak minds. “Power protects,” he told himself. “Not prayer.”

But power failed him the day a 7.0 magnitude earthquake struck unexpectedly—not in Abuja, but in his heart.

One night, his daughter, Zainab, disappeared. A ransom note came, but not from kidnappers. It was a handwritten letter:

<span;>> “You can build a fortress of steel, but not one of peace.

You know Me. I have called you again and again.
She is safe—for now.
Return to Me, Elijah. This time, truly.

Your God.”

At first, he laughed in denial. “Who does this?” he raged. “Some fanatic playing prophet?” But deep down, he knew. It wasn’t the pen that shook him. It was the Presence.

For the first time in years, Elijah went into the bunker—not to hide, but to fall on his knees. He dusted off the Bible and flipped it open randomly. His eyes locked on:

<span;>> “Where can I go from Your Spirit?

Where can I flee from Your presence?
If I go up to the heavens, You are there;
if I make my bed in the depths, You are there.”
(Psalm 139:7–8, NLT)

Tears spilled down his face. No fortress. No wealth. No bunker could shield his soul from God’s reach. In the silence of steel and stone, Elijah finally surrendered. “Lord, I’m tired of hiding. Find me. Change me.”

Within 24 hours, Zainab returned unharmed. No ransom paid. No culprits found. Just a Bible in her hand and a note that read:

<span;>> “Now go and build My Kingdom, not your bunker.”

Moral of the Story:

You can bury your heart in the deepest vault, surround yourself with walls of fear, pride, or pain—but God will still find you. Not to punish you. To redeem you.

Call to Action:

Tear down your emotional bunkers.

Pick up the Bible you’ve shelved.

Stop running. God isn’t after your destruction—He’s after your restoration.

Today, kneel—not in fear, but in surrender.

Because no bunker, no fortress, no hiding place can keep you from the One who loves you too deeply to let you die in hiding.

*Indept looking – Bunkers & the Bible: Why No Fortress Can Hide You From God*

Across the world, a growing number of people are investing in underground bunkers—fortified shelters designed to withstand wars, economic collapse, and even nuclear fallout. These structures promise safety from earthly chaos, but they reveal a deeper spiritual crisis: *the desperate attempt to control what only God ordains.*

Scripture warns that in the last days, terror will drive people to seek physical hiding places from divine judgment. *“They will say to the mountains, ‘Fall on us!’ and to the hills, ‘Cover us!’”* (Luke 23:30; Revelation 6:16). No bunker, no matter how deep or advanced, can shield a soul from the presence of Christ. *“Where can I go from Your Spirit? Or where can I flee from Your presence?”* (Psalm 139:7).

This bunker mentality exposes two fatal errors:

1. *Trusting in human strength* – *“Some trust in chariots, and some in horses, but we will remember the name of the Lord our God”* (Psalm 20:7).

2. *Fearing man more than God* – *“Do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather fear Him who can destroy both soul and body in hell”* (Matthew 10:28).

Christ’s return will be unmistakable and inescapable. *“Behold, He is coming with clouds, and every eye will see Him”* (Revelation 1:7). For those in Christ, no bunker is needed—He is our refuge (Psalm 91:2). For those in rebellion, no bunker will suffice— *“It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God”* (Hebrews 10:31).

True security isn’t found in concrete and steel, but in the blood of the Lamb. *“Seek the Lord while He may be found”* (Isaiah 55:6). The only safe place is in Him.

*Day 4 of 30 – Shame OFF YOU* – Devotional- Loved,Chosen and Whole

*DAY 4: Shame Off You*
Scripture (AMP):
“Instead of your [former] shame you will have a
double portion…” – Isaiah 61:7a

*Michael’s Story:*
Michael hated going to family functions.
Everyone else was “doing well.” He was still trying to fix the
mess of his past—job losses, a failed marriage, debts. The stares, the silence, the pity—it all
screamed shame.

*Grace’s Story:*
Shame lived on Grace’s shoulders like a shadow. The sexual abuse, the broken engagements, the bad choices—she believed she wore them like a scarlet letter. Even when she smiled, her soul whispered, “They know.”

*Devotional Insight:*
Shame is not from God. Guilt says, “I did something wrong.” Shame says, “I am something wrong.” Jesus bore both at the cross—your guilt and your shame.

God’s promise in Isaiah 61:7 is not vague comfort. It’s a declaration of divine compensation. For your
shame, He gives honor. For rejection, He gives
belonging. For pain, He gives purpose.

You don’t have to wear shame another day.
Reflection Questions:

1. What memory or mistake still makes you feel

shame?

2. What would it look like to live like you’re truly forgiven?

*Prayer Declaration:*

God, I lay down shame. I am not what was done to me or what I’ve done—I am who You say I am. Clothe me in dignity. Restore my identity. I receive Your double portion of healing and honor. Amen.

*Journal Prompt:*
Describe one thing you’ve kept hidden because of shame. Then write what freedom would feel like if that weight was gone.

Shalom
