Critical Issues Facing African Nations
- Widespread poverty among abundant resources
- Limited access to healthcare services
- Food insecurity exacerbated by drought and climate change
- Political unrest and instability
- Religious intolerance
- Corruption in governance
- Water scarcity
- Insufficient infrastructure
- High prevalence of infectious diseases
- Gender inequality
- Adverse effects of climate change, including desertification and extreme weather events
Join Us in Prayer
Let us unite in prayer, seeking the guidance and intervention of the Almighty to foster a new dawn of hope and restoration across these crucial regions of the world.
Key points about these issues:
*Economic challenges:*
Many African nations struggle with poverty, low economic growth, and limited access to quality education and employment opportunities. Education too focused on certificates without real life applications.
*Health concerns:*
Poor healthcare access leads to high rates of preventable diseases like malaria, HIV/AIDS, and malnutrition.
*Food insecurity:*
Droughts, floods, and climate change disrupt agricultural production, leading to food shortages and famine in certain regions. Mostly triggered by poor food storage and preservation practices
*Political instability:*
Frequent coups, civil conflicts, and weak governance systems hinder development and create humanitarian crises in some African countries.
*Environmental challenges:*
Desertification, deforestation, and the impacts of climate change threaten ecosystems and livelihoods.
*Systemic Corruption:*
Mismanagement of public funds and widespread corruption impede progress and economic development.
*Water scarcity:*
Lack of access to clean water is a major problem in many African regions.
*Gender inequality:*
Women in Africa often face discrimination in access to education, healthcare, and economic opportunities.
*Foreign interference* in continent wide economic, educational and security stability
*Religious intolerance* and disunity amongst Christian organizations. Religiosity without transformation and social impacts.
*Prayer sample, expandable*
*_Father, by your sovereign counsel, turn the hearts of the leaders (Families; Education; Government; Business; Arts & Culture; Media and Entertainment; Religion & Spirituality ) in the nations of Africa and also in the Oceanian nations to You today by the power and promptings of the Holy Spirit that they will be receptive to your divine plans and purposes for the nations and be willing to carry them out to the later._*
*_We call forth your reign and your rule into their hearts for these nations for your glory and honor in Jesus name Amen_*
Pray the same prayers for 7 people you meet in the course of the fast, both for friends and those who are not in your good books asking God to turn their hearts to Him, to be receptive to Him and the willing to receive from Him and deploy in their lives and experience for His glory today and always..
*Pray from your heart as if all depends on your prayers today and only God can bring these changes in their hearts in Jesus name Amen*

8 Who is this King of glory? The Lord strong and mighty, the Lord mighty in battle.

10 Who is this King of glory? The Lord of hosts, he is the King of glory. Selah.

[19] Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven. [20] For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.
