Happy New Months of May, the month of grace brothers and sister in Christ.
In the cause of our just concluded 40 day fast which ended on the 25th of April 2021 with leadership and church as core focus, what the Holy Spirit kept re-echoing were this – LOVE, UNITY, REPENTANCE and REVIVAL.
Before I begin todays message, I would like us to read 1 John 1:8-9

8 If we say we have no sin [refusing to admit that we are sinners], we delude and lead ourselves astray, and the Truth [which the Gospel presents] is not in us [does not dwell in our hearts].
9 If we [freely] admit that we have sinned and confess our sins, He is faithful and just (true to His own nature and promises) and will forgive our sins [dismiss our lawlessness] and [continuously] cleanse us from all unrighteousness [everything not in conformity to His will in purpose, thought, and action].
Now, I, Amb. Monday O. Ogbe sins. When I sin against God knowingly or unknowingly, I admit by confessing it and repent and show fruit of repentance. I am not perfect but I don’t make a profession out of sin. I do not make sin a habit. I avoid it like a plague because sin and every trace of it pollutes. BUT more importantly, sin is expensive. I repeat that again. Sin is expensive both in the physical and the spiritual realm. That was why SIN cost the Son of God His life and blood for our redemption. Before Jesus redemptive work, Rams without blemish were killed as atonement for sin but they did not take care of the problem of sin. It had to be done continuously. But Jesus did that once and for all as long as we are willing to apply the blood as we fall and fail continuously – Hebrews 10:1-10

10 For since the Law has merely a rude outline (foreshadowing) of the good things to come—instead of fully expressing those things—it can never by offering the same sacrifices continually year after year make perfect those who approach [its altars].
2 For if it were otherwise, would [these sacrifices] not have stopped being offered? Since the worshipers had [a]once for all been cleansed, they would no longer have any guilt or consciousness of sin.
3 But [as it is] these sacrifices annually bring a fresh remembrance of sins [to be atoned for],
4 Because the blood of bulls and goats is powerless to take sins away.
5 Hence, when He [Christ] entered into the world, He said, Sacrifices and offerings You have not desired, but instead You have made ready a body for Me [to offer];
6 In burnt offerings and sin offerings You have taken no delight.
7 Then I said, Behold, here I am, coming to do Your will, O God—[to fulfill] what is written of Me in the volume of the Book.
8 When He said just before, You have neither desired, nor have You taken delight in sacrifices and offerings and burnt offerings and sin offerings—all of which are offered according to the Law—
9 He then went on to say, Behold, [here] I am, coming to do Your will. Thus He does away with and annuls the first (former) order [as a means of expiating sin] so that He might inaugurate and establish the second (latter) order.
10 And in accordance with this will [of God], we have been made holy (consecrated and sanctified) through the offering made once for all of the body of Jesus Christ (the Anointed One).
Ram could not take care of the sin problem. Jesus took care of the sin problem once and for all. I am clothed in the righteousness of Christ and so I cannot make a habit of sin in my life because I am no longer in that realm. I am now in the domain of the kingdom of light and not darkness.
Just to help you come down from your high horse so that you can truly repent from your heart, read this: James 4:17

Let me nail this home for you to prove to you that you and I are sinners. Read this:

23 But the man who has doubts (misgivings, an uneasy conscience) about eating, and then eats [perhaps because of you], stands condemned [before God], because he is not true to his convictions and he does not act from faith. For whatever does not originate and proceed from faith is sin [whatever is done without a conviction of its approval by God is sinful].
SO, does God correct and disciplines us when we miss the mark, after our cups are full? Ofcourse He does and various forms and shapes. Read this:

6 For the Lord corrects and disciplines everyone whom He loves, and He punishes, even scourges, every son whom He accepts and welcomes to His heart and cherishes.

8 Now if you are exempt from correction and left without discipline in which all [of God’s children] share, then you are illegitimate offspring and not true sons [at all].
9 Moreover, we have had earthly fathers who disciplined us and we yielded [to them] and respected [them for training us]. Shall we not much more cheerfully submit to the Father of spirits and so [truly] live?
10 For [our earthly fathers] disciplined us for only a short period of time and chastised us as seemed proper and good to them; but He disciplines us for our certain good, that we may become sharers in His own holiness.
11 For the time being no discipline brings joy, but seems grievous and painful; but afterwards it yields a peaceable fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it [a harvest of fruit which consists in righteousness—in conformity to God’s will in purpose, thought, and action, resulting in right living and right standing with God].

13 And cut through and make firm and plain and smooth, straight paths for your feet [yes, make them safe and upright and happy paths that go in the right direction], so that the lame and halting [limbs] may not be put out of joint, but rather may be cured.
14 Strive to live in peace with everybody and pursue that consecration and holiness without which no one will [ever] see the Lord.
15 Exercise foresight and be on the watch to look [after one another], to see that no one falls back from and fails to secure God’s grace (His unmerited favor and spiritual blessing), in order that no root of resentment (rancor, bitterness, or hatred) shoots forth and causes trouble and bitter torment, and the many become contaminated and defiled by it—
16 That no one may become guilty of sexual vice, or become a profane (godless and sacrilegious) person as Esau did, who sold his own birthright for a single meal.
Now, lets talk about Worldwide Storms and how we should respond to them or what our response should be:
Concerning the matter of Nigeria, Abuja, Aso Rock, Presidency and the storms not just in Nigeria but also around the world in Washington DC, London, Brussels, Moscow, Middle East , Far East and other nations of the world, I said to the group and I say to all, “Your redemption is not with your government because they are in darkness concerning the matters afflicting the world. Look Up! To the creator of the ends of the earth with a REPENTANT heart and see the salvation of the world in a BLINK of an EYE. This message is to the body of Christ because we are the LIGHT of the world. Not the government. The government should come to us for direction and insight. So, stop putting the blame on the Government and start doing what God expects us to do. To rule and rain amongst our enemies with the scepter of God, the creator powered by Jesus Christ – Psalm 23
Revival and Repentance is a continuous thing in your and my life – it is not a destination, it is a journey. As long as we are in this part of eternity, we will have to keep on returning to the place of repentance and revival. So, GET REVIVED and STAY REVIVED .Jesus assured us inJohn 16:33

33 I have told you these things, so that in Me you may have [perfect] peace and confidence. In the world you have tribulation and trials and distress and frustration; but be of good cheer [take courage; be confident, certain, undaunted]! For I have overcome the world. [I have deprived it of power to harm you and have conquered it for you.]
The above condition holds true As long as our righteousness and right standing with Him is complete. As long as we are connected to the vine – Jesus Christ. Read this from Jesus again in John 15:4

4 Dwell in Me, and I will dwell in you. [Live in Me, and I will live in you.] Just as no branch can bear fruit of itself without abiding in (being vitally united to) the vine, neither can you bear fruit unless you abide in Me.

GET REVIVED and STAY REVIVED – The choice of enough is enough to captivity of satan and welcome to freedom in Christ Jesus begins with me and you, the believers. If we remain in captivity, it is a choice we have made by default –
When I was meditating on repentance and revival and what this had to do with freedom today, I asked the Holy Spirit to lead me to a scripture that will do justice for me and for the body of Christ today. Here is it:

4 He calls to the heavens above and to the earth, that He may judge His people:

23 He who brings an offering of praise and thanksgiving honors and glorifies Me; and he who orders his way aright [who prepares the way that I may show him], to him I will demonstrate the salvation of God.
The last verse says I will demonstrate my salvation to him. That what also means healing, deliverance and restoration. That was what Jesus came to accomplish for us if we agree to all the terms of the contract with Him and are diligent to obey Him every step of the way. So, GET REVIVED and STAY REVIVED in Christ.
Prayer:
Lord, help us, help me to make righteous choices so that I can remain in freedom for which you died for me and them in Jesus name, amen.

A STRONG Message of REPENTANCE to the Churches + My Engagement With Bosun Emmanuel on Crisis of leadership in CAN and others
There was a message making round across social media attributed to Pastor Bosun Emmanuel on the message to the Churches in Nigeria on repentance. Since this resonated with the core theme during the fast for leadership and Church, I called him up to confirm. He said, he did not originate it but that one Bro Joshua approached him with it. They have shared notes in messages from the Lord before and that a day prior, the Lord spoke to him on these lines. I have taken the liberty to include here the two messages. I decided not to include the crisis of leadership going on in the Christian Association of Nigeria because it is appalling to say the least.

With reference to the attached letters from CAN and the Christian Social Movement of Nigeria (CSMN), (https://csmnigeria.org/blog/702-rebuttal-can-disclaims-csmn )
I wish to sound another alert to Church leaders that the Nigerian Church is facing Leadership Crisis. Boko Haram, Fulani ‘herdsmen,’ President Buhari, ISWAP, Islamists, and Bandits are primarily not our problem. They are symptoms of the problem of the Nigerian Church. Our problem is the Leadership Crisis within the Church.
Any Christian leadership that falls short of Christlikeness, as demonstrated by the letter written by the CAN officials, and other documented and verified misconducts of the same officials is unqualified to lead the Nigerian Church in these troublous times. What the Nigerian Church is parading as Christian leadership today cannot enter the Holy of Holies to obtain deliverance for Nigerian Christians. In a divine visitation on 22nd May 2018, God revealed to the undersigned that the position of the President of CAN is the office of the Gatekeeper. I wrote extensively on this in 2019 in an article titled “Nigerian Church on Rebellion Course.”

It is disturbing that an impression is created that some Christian leaders are more determined to sustain the status quo in the Church rather than promote and execute the righteousness of God. Some of the consequences are what we are beginning to see as CAMA, the Hijab crisis, and the genocide against Christians. While one prays that evil shall cease in the land, it is imperative that the household of God be put in order.
Scripturally, whenever Israel sinned, God demanded repentance and based on genuine repentance, God often raised a LEADER for His people. At the beginning of 2021, I delivered a video message titled “Who Is On The Lord’s Side?” The message stated clearly that God was asking for Repentance and the Fruit of Repentance from the Nigerian Church.
I am sending this letter to selected Church leaders in Nigeria with an appeal that they resolve the Leadership Crisis in the Nigerian Church. The attached letters confirm that we have serious problems with Christian leadership. If Joshua and the leaders had tried to protect Achan in demonstration of ‘esprit de corps,’ Israel would have perished in the wilderness.
The problem of Christianity in Nigeria is inside the Church. The symptom is the ongoing genocide. Repentance and reorganization of the Church is the solution. We cannot continue in sin and hope that grace will abound.

But they were told to wait while I was commanded by the LORD to “RUN” in haste with this message of His Final Warning. He said, “Go to the highs and lows with this final warning from me”.
Then I said, “Ah LORD, but I am insignificant and irrelevant, how can I reach them and how will they listen to me?”. But He replied, “you must go and whether they will listen to you or not. Or else, if you don’t, I will go ahead and smite but I will require the blood from your hand”.
Therefore, hear O Nigerian church, and let all the high mountains and little hills of the Christian faith in Nigeria give ear. Two days earlier, the Holy Spirit said to me, “Isaiah chapter 10”. Then, the message was in bits so, it wasn’t clear to me. But now, I understood that He meant God is about to give us over to an alien tribe to smite us utterly. This thing is from the LORD and it is determined by His divine justice. Nigeria is about to be consumed by God’s judgment, only a few Christian remnants will be left. Many shall die, adults, children and infants, rich and poor alike.
Emphasis: This Is From The Lord!
They Are Already Here; to smite the land of Nigeria.
I asked the leader among the four captains if they were sent to all the world or to Nigeria specifically. “Not to all the world now, but to Nigeria”, he said.
Their next action will be determined by our response to this message of final warning!
The LORD is a just and righteous judge!
THE CAUSE: SIN; Sins of the Nigerian people and sins of the Nigerian church.
The LORD with a strong voice said unto me, “Write out their sins”,
Then I said, “I don’t know their sins (I mean ours)
“I’d rather you tell me that I may write only what you, LORD, mention.”
AND HERE IS WHAT HE MENTIONED
1. They know that almost all the congregation that assemble before them are rebellious sinners who continuously grieve my spirit which is among them, yet they love it so continuously. They know that the heart of a great number of their pastors and church-workers are evil and deceitful yet, they love it so. And when they have grieved my spirit and I become silent among them through their wicked ways, they ignore me and begin to assume the function of my spirit. And so, they put my spirit out of the church”.
2. “They know that my return is now most imminent and that their congregation is far from being ready, they surely know that their members are not ready for my return yet, they suffer them gladly. They ignore the proximity of the Man-of-Sin and his pressure on my church – they know!”
3. They know the enormity of the bloodshed in their country by their countrymen; they know the effect of the blood of the poor innocents upon the land. And if I have made them Fathers of the Nation (which indeed they are), inasmuch as the situation continues and they do nothing about it, when I will visit, I will surely require it also at their hands”.
Those were the words of the LORD. And please note that He kept repeating that “they know!”. He will actually not hold them chargeable for what they didn’t know but, of course, what they know and didn’t do.
SOLUTION
Then I asked in a pleading tone, “LORD, what then can be done, I know it is not your delight to destroy your heritage”.
In response, He referred me to Jeremiah chapter 18 from verses 7 to 10. This speaks of and calls for the church general repentance. The church, from the pulpits to the pews has greatly sinned. That is what God has asserted and that makes it the truth because God cannot lie.
Therefore, except there is heart-rending repentance from the pulpits to the pews in all the churches across the nation, the LORD God Himself has sent His destructive troops to smite both the nation and the church within her.
Please, take this seriously, the only remedy is repentance and turning from our wicked ways with all our hearts.
CAUTION
1. Do not gather an assembly to pray against this, it will be reckoned unto you as further rebellion.
2. Do not pray for mercy and forgiveness without repentance, it is a breach of divine ordinance.
3. Do not ask God to give peace in utter unrighteousness, for peace comes by righteousness (Psa. 72 vs. 3, 85 vs. 10) and prosperity by obedience (Isa. 1 vs. 19- 20, Deut. 28 vs. 1 -14).
SUGGESTIONS
Please, pray to confirm this message and when it is confirmed, please do all in your power to bring about the will of God in this regard. If a national conference is necessary, then let us have it.
May the LORD grant us the heart of humility, obedience and repentance in Jesus Name. Amen.

The fifth chapter of Acts is full of glorious truths that I desire to share with you today. Let’s read the first twenty verses of this wonderful chapter:
But a certain man named Ananias, with Sapphira his wife, sold a possession. And he kept back part of the proceeds, his wife also being aware of it, and brought a certain part and laid it at the apostles’ feet. But Peter said, “Ananias, why has Satan filled your heart to lie to the Holy Spirit and keep back part of the price of the land for yourself? While it remained, was it not your own? And after it was sold, was it not in your own control? Why have you conceived this thing in your heart? You have not lied to men but to God.” Then Ananias, hearing these words, fell down and breathed his last. So great fear came upon all those who heard these things. And the young men arose and wrapped him up, carried him out, and buried him. Now it was about three hours later when his wife came in, not knowing what had happened. And Peter answered her, “Tell me whether you sold the land for so much?” She said, “Yes, for so much.” Then Peter said to her, “How is it that you have agreed together to test the Spirit of the Lord? Look, the feet of those who have buried your husband are at the door, and they will carry you out.” Then immediately she fell down at his feet and breathed her last. And the young men came in and found her dead, and carrying her out, buried her by her husband. So great fear came upon all the church and upon all who heard these things. And through the hands of the apostles many signs and wonders were done among the people. And they were all with one accord in Solomon’s Porch. Yet none of the rest dared join them, but the people esteemed them highly. And believers were increasingly added to the Lord, multitudes of both men and women, so that they brought the sick out into the streets and laid them on beds and couches, that at least the shadow of Peter passing by might fall on some of them. Also a multitude gathered from the sur- rounding cities to Jerusalem, bringing sick people and those who were tormented by unclean spirits, and they were all healed. Then the high priest rose up, and all those who were with him (which is the sect of the Sadducees), and they were filled with indignation, and laid their hands on the apostles and put them in the common prison. But at night an angel of the Lord opened the prison doors and brought them out, and said, “Go, stand in the temple and speak to the people all the words of this life.” (Acts 5:1–20)
Notice this expression that the Lord gives of the gospel message “the words of this life.” It is the most wonderful life possible—the life of faith in the Son of God. This is the life where God is present all the time. He is all around, and He is within. It is the life of many revelations and of many manifestations of God’s Holy Spirit, a life in which the Lord is continually seen, known, felt, and heard. It is a life without spiritual death, for “we have passed from death to life” (1 John 3:14). The very life of God has come within us. Where that life is in its fullness, disease cannot exist. It would take me a month to tell what there is in this wonderful life. Every- one can enter in and possess and be possessed by this life.
It is possible for you to be within the vicinity of this life and yet miss it. It is possible for you to be in a place where God is pouring out His Spirit and yet miss the blessing that God is so willing to bestow. This is all due to a lack of revelation and a misunderstanding of the infinite grace of God and of “the God of all grace” (1 Pet. 5:10), who is willing to give to all who will reach out the hand of faith. This life that He freely bestows is a gift. Some think they have to earn it, and they miss the whole thing. Oh, for a simple faith to receive all that God so lavishly offers! You can never be ordinary from the day you receive this life from above. You become extraordinary, filled with the extraordinary power of our extraordinary God.
Why Did Ananias and Sapphira Die?
Ananias and Sapphira were in the wonderful revival that God gave to the early church, yet they missed it. They thought that possibly the thing might fail. They wanted to have a reserve for themselves in case it turned out to be a failure.
There are many people like them today. Many people make vows to God in times of great crisis in their lives but fail to keep their vows, and in the end they become spiritually bankrupt. Blessed is the man “who swears to his own hurt and does not change” (Ps. 15:4), who keeps the vow he has made to God, who is willing to lay his all at God’s feet. The man who does this never be- comes a lean soul. God has promised to “strengthen [his] bones” (Isa. 58:11). There is no dry place for such a man. He is always “fresh and flourishing” (Ps. 92:14), and he becomes stronger and stronger. It pays to trust God with all and to hold back nothing.
I wish I could make you see how great a God we have. Ananias and Sapphira were really doubting God and were questioning whether this work that He had begun would go on. They wanted to get some glory for selling their property, but because of their lack of faith, they kept part of the proceeds in reserve in case the work of God were to fail.
Many are doubting whether this Pentecostal revival will go on. Do you think this Pentecostal work will stop? Never. For fifteen years I have been in constant revival, and I am sure that it will never stop. When George Stephenson built his first locomotive engine, he took his sister Mary to see it. She looked at it and said to her brother, “George, it’ll never go.” He said to her, “Get in, Mary.” She said again, “It’ll never go.” He said to her, “We’ll see; you get in.” Mary at last got in. The whistle blew, there was a puff and a rattle, and the engine started off. Then Mary cried out, “George, it’ll never stop! It’ll never stop!”
People are looking at this Pentecostal revival, and they are very critical. They are saying, “It’ll never go.” However, when they are induced to come into the work, they one and all say, “It’ll never stop.” This revival of God is sweeping on and on, and there is no stopping the current of life, of love, of inspiration, and of power.
Interpretation of a Message in Tongues: “It is the living Word who has brought this. It is the Lamb in the midst, ‘the same yesterday, today, and forever.’”
God has brought unlimited resources for everyone. Do not doubt. Hear with the ear of faith. God is in the midst. See that it is God who has set forth what you see and hear today (Acts 2:33).
I want you to see that in the early church, which was con- trolled by the power of the Holy Spirit, it was not possible for a lie to exist. The moment it came into the church, there was instant death. And as the power of the Holy Spirit increases in these days of the latter rain, it will be impossible for any man to remain in our midst with a lying spirit. God will purify the church. The Word of God will be in such power in healing and other spiritual manifestations, that great fear will be upon all those who see these things.
To the natural mind, it seems a small thing for Ananias and Sapphira to want to have a little to fall back on, but I want to tell you that you can please God and get things from God only through a living faith. God never fails. God never can fail.
Our Merciful and Healing God
When I was in Bergen, Norway, there came to the meeting a young woman who was employed at the hospital as a nurse. A big cancerous tumor had developed on her nose. The nose was enlarged and had become black and very inflamed. She came for prayer, and I asked her, “What is your condition?” She said, “I dare not touch my nose; it gives me so much pain.” I said to all the people, “I want you to look at this nurse and notice her terrible condition. I believe that our God is merciful, that He is faithful, and that He will bring to nothing this condition that the Devil has brought about. I am going to curse this disease in the all-powerful name of Jesus. The pain will go. I believe God will give us an exhibition of His grace, and I will ask this young woman to come to the meeting tomorrow night and declare what God has done for her.”
Oh, the awfulness of sin! Oh, the awfulness of the power of sin! Oh, the awfulness of the consequences of the Fall! When I see a cancerous tumor, I ask, “Can this be the work of God?” May God help me to show you that this is the work of the Devil, and to show you the way out.
I do not condemn people who sin. I don’t scold people. I know what is behind the sin. I know that Satan is always going about “like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour” (1 Pet. 5:8). I always remember the patience and love of the Lord Jesus Christ. When they brought to Him a woman whom they had taken in adultery, telling Him that they had caught her in the very act, He sim- ply stooped down and wrote on the ground. Then He quietly said, “He who is without sin among you, let him throw a stone at her first” (John 8:7). I have never seen a man without sin. “All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God” (Rom. 3:23). But I read in this blessed gospel message that God “has laid on Him [Jesus] the iniquity of us all” (Isa. 53:6).
When I see an evil condition, I feel that I must stand in my position and rebuke the condition. I laid my hands on the nose of that suffering nurse and cursed the evil power that was causing her so much distress. The next night the place was packed. The people were so jammed together that it seemed as if there was not room for one more to enter that house. How God’s rain fell upon us! How good God is, so full of grace and so full of love. I saw the nurse in the audience and cried out, “Here’s the woman whose nose I prayed for!” I asked her to come forward, and she came and showed every- one what God had done. He had perfectly healed her. Oh, I tell you, He is just the same Jesus. He is just the same today (Heb. 13:8). All things are possible if you dare to trust God (Mark 9:23).
Church Growth and Numerous Healings
When the power of God came so mightily upon the early church, even in the death of Ananias and Sapphira, great fear came upon all the people. And when we are in the presence of God, when God is working mightily in our midst, there comes a great fear, a reverence, a holiness of life, a purity that fears to displease God. We read that no man dared to join them, but God added to the church those who were being saved. I would rather have God add to our Pentecostal church than have all the town join it. God added daily to His own church.
The next thing that happened was that people became so assured that God was working that they knew that anything would be possible, and they brought their sick into the streets and laid them on beds and mats so that at least the shadow of Peter passing by might fall on them. Multitudes of sick people and those op- pressed with evil spirits were brought to the apostles, and God healed every one of them. I do not believe that it was the shadow of Peter that healed them, but the power of God was mightily present, and the faith of the people was so aroused that they joined with one heart to believe God. God will always meet people on the basis of faith.
Revivals in Norway and Ireland
God’s tide is rising all over the earth. I had been preaching in Stavanger, Norway, and was very tired and wanted a few hours’ rest. I went to my next speaking engagement, arriving at about 9:30 in the morning. My first meeting was to be at night. I said to my interpreter, “After we have had something to eat, let’s go down to the sea.” We spent three or four hours down by the sea and at about 4:30 returned. We found the end of the street, which had a narrow entrance, just filled with automobiles, wagons, and so on, containing invalids and sick people of every kind. I went up to the house and was told that the house was full of sick people, too. It reminded me of the scene that we read of in the fifth chapter of Acts. I began praying for the people in the street, and God began to heal the people. And how wonderfully He healed those people who were in the house! When we sat down to eat, the telephone rang, and someone at the other end was saying, “What are we going to do? The town hall is already full; the police cannot control things.”
Beloved, the tide is rising; the fields are ripe for harvest (John 4:35). God gave us a wonderful revival. I want to be in a mighty revival. I was in one mighty revival in Wales, and I long to be in a great revival that will eclipse anything we have ever thought of. I have faith to believe it is coming.
In that little Norwegian town the people were jammed together, and oh, how the power of God fell upon us! A cry went up from everyone, “Isn’t this the revival?” Revival is coming. The breath of the Almighty is coming. The breath of God shows every defect, and as it comes flowing in like a river, everybody will need a fresh anointing, a fresh cleansing of the blood. You can depend on it that that breath is upon us.
One time I was at a meeting in Ireland. Many sick people were carried to that meeting, and helpless ones were brought there. Many people in that place were seeking the baptism in the Holy Spirit. Some of them had been seeking for years. There were sinners there who were under mighty conviction. A moment came when the breath of God swept through the meeting. In about ten minutes every sinner in the place was saved. Everyone who had been seeking the Holy Spirit was baptized, and every sick one was healed. God is a reality, and His power can never fail. As our faith reaches out, God will meet us, and the same rain will fall. It is the same blood that cleanses, the same power, the same Holy Spirit, and the same Jesus made real through the power of the Holy Spirit! What would happen if we would believe God?
The precious blood of the Lord Jesus Christ is effective; right now it will cleanse your heart and put this life, this wonderful life of God, within you. The blood will make you every bit whole if you dare to believe. The healing power of the blessed Son of God is right here for you, but so few will touch Him. The Bible is full of entreaty for you to come and partake and receive the grace, the power, the strength, the righteousness, and the full redemption of Jesus Christ. He never fails to hear when we believe. This same Jesus is in our midst to touch and to free you.
A Lame Man and His Son
In one place where I was, a lame man was brought to me who had been in bed for two years, with no hope of recovery. He was brought thirty miles to the meeting, and he came up on crutches to be prayed for. His boy was also afflicted in the knees, and they had four crutches between the two of them. The man’s face was full of torture. But there is healing power in the Lord, and He never fails to heal when we believe. In the name of Jesus—that name so full of power—I put my hand down that leg that was so diseased. The man threw down his crutches, and all were astonished as they saw him walking up and down without aid. The little boy called out to his father, “Papa, me; papa, me, me, me!” The little boy who had two withered knees wanted the same touch. And the same Jesus was there to bring a real deliverance to the little captive. He was completely healed.
These were legs that were touched. If God will stretch out His mighty power to loose afflicted legs, what mercy will He extend to that soul of yours that must exist forever? Hear the Lord say,
The Spirit of the LORD is upon Me, because He has anointed Me to preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed.
(Luke 4:18) He invites you, “Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest” (Matt. 11:28). God is willing in His great mercy to touch your limbs with His mighty power, and if He is willing to do this, how much more eager He is to deliver you from the power of Satan and to make you a child of the King! How much more necessary it is for you to be healed of your soul sick- ness than of your bodily ailments! And God is willing to give the double cure.
A Young Man Who Had Fallen into Sin
I was passing through the city of London one time, and Mr. Mundell, the secretary of the Pentecostal Missionary Union, found out that I was there. He arranged for me to meet him at a certain place at 3:30 in the afternoon. I was to meet a certain boy whose father and mother lived in the city of Salisbury. They had sent this young man to London to take care of their business. He had been a leader in Sunday school work, but he had been betrayed and had fallen. Sin is awful, and “the wages of sin is death” (Rom. 6:23). But there is another side—“the gift of God is eternal life” (v. 23).
This young man was in great distress; he had contracted a horrible disease and was afraid to tell anyone. There was nothing but death ahead for him. When the father and mother found out about his condition, they suffered inexpressible grief.
When we got to the house, Brother Mundell suggested that we begin to pray. I said, “God does not say so. We are not going to pray yet. I want to quote a Scripture: ‘Fools, because of their transgression, and because of their iniquities, were afflicted. Their soul abhorred all manner of food, and they drew near to the gates of death’ (Ps. 107:17).” The young man cried out, “I am that fool!” He broke down and told us the story of his fall. Oh, if men would only repent and confess their sins, how God would stretch out His hand to heal and to save! The moment that young man repented, a great abscess burst, and God sent power into that young man’s life, giving him a mighty deliverance.
God is gracious and is “not willing that any should perish” (2 Pet. 3:9). How many are willing to make a clean break from their sins? I tell you that the moment you do this, God will open heaven. It is an easy thing for Him to save your soul and heal your disease if you will only come and take shelter today in “the secret place of the Most High” (Ps. 91:1). He will satisfy you with a long life and show you His salvation (Ps. 91:16). “In [His] presence is fullness of joy; at [His] right hand are pleasures forevermore” (Ps. 16:11). There is full redemption for all through the precious blood of the Son of God.
SHORT PRAYER FOR SELF-DELIVERANCE.
“Lord Jesus Christ, I believe You died on the cross for my sins and rose again from the dead. You redeemed me by Your blood and I belong to You, and I want to live for You. I confess all my sins-known and unknown- I’m sorry for them all. I renounce them all. I forgive all others as I want You to forgive me. Forgive me now and cleanse me with Your blood. I thank You for the blood of Jesus Christ which cleanses me now from all sin. And I come to You now as my deliverer. You know my special needs-the thing that binds, that torments, that defiles; that evil spirit, that unclean spirit—I claim the promise of Your word, “Whosoever that calleth on the name of the Lord shall be delivered.” I call upon You now. In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, deliver me and set me free. Satan, I renounce you and all your works. I lose myself from you, in the name of Jesus, and I command you to leave me right now in Jesus’ name. Amen!”

We call forth a release of healing, deliverances and restoration into their lives in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Thank you Lord for testimonies that are abiding to your glory and honour and adoration. Thank you for souls that are being added to Your kingdom as a result of this message, the miracles that we are already seeing right now and manifesting for your glory in Jesus name, Amen. It is done! Rejoice!
