NUGGETS OF WISDOM:Daniel’s encounter with angel Michael– A wise saying indeed: Daniel 12 Amplified Bible, Classic Edition (AMPC)
12:1-4,10 And at that time [of the end] Michael shall arise, the great [angelic] prince who defends and has charge of your [Daniel’s] people. And there shall be a time of trouble, straitness, and distress such as never was since there was a nation till that time. But at that time your people shall be delivered, everyone whose name shall be found written in the Book [of God’s plan for His own].
2 And many of those who sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake: some to everlasting life and some to shame and everlasting contempt and abhorrence.

Introduction
Dear brethren, welcome to our new series which is meant to equip the church of Jesus Christ to reach out to Muslims with the message and love of Christ. These series will clear up some misconceptions about Islam so you are better prepared to engage them for Christ by helping them to discover Christ for themselves.
We will start off with introduction, history, where we agree and where we defer and present a discovery process from creation (Genesis) to Christ to help them follow through using self-study process to Christ through the pages of the bible. Jesus died for the Muslim too. Our job is to present, Christ is the one that draws them to Himself. We can never win an argument over who is on the right path. We allow the Holy Spirit to do the job as we are willing to be the channel through which He can reach out to the yielding soul. Fasten your seat belt!
Islam
According to a study in 2015, Islam has 1.8 billion adherents, making up about 24.1% of the world population. Most Muslims are either of two denominations: Sunni (80–90%, roughly 1.5 billion people) or Shia (10–20%, roughly 170–340 million people). Although one in four people in the world are Muslim, less than 15% of these are Arabs. The largest populations of Muslims are found in South Asia and in Africa. The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) is the second largest intergovernmental organization in the world after the United Nations. It is extremely powerful and influential, and offers political and economic benefits to its members.
Conclusion and prayer: There is contention for the souls of men and women. As ambassadors, we have a call upon us all to represent Christ to a world that seeks direction to the truth. Can we be trusted and found faithful to be the custodians and transmitter of truth to the intended recipients all around us? May He find us so doing in Jesus name, amen. Dear Lord God, we ask for boldness, courage, insight, awareness, protection, strength, discernment and wisdom to charge forward with the glorious gospel of the kingdom as we race towards the end of age in Jesus name, amen
