*Instructions:*

Today, the 4th day of the 40-day prayer and fasting journey, is an opportunity to focus on being *Made PERFECTLY ONE in UNITY Part 2* for yourself and the body of Christ as a whole.

Here are suggestions:
Prayer:

*Acknowledge God’s Presence:*
Begin by thanking God for the opportunity to engage in this spiritual discipline and for His unwavering love and grace.

*Seek His Guidance:*
Pray for God to lead and direct you throughout this 40-day journey, revealing His will and purpose for your life.

*Ask for Strength and Endurance:*
Request the strength and endurance needed to persevere through any challenges or temptations that may arise during this period.

*Pray for Others: The Church and Leadership*

*Made PERFECTLY ONE in unity part 2* is the keyword today for the Church and Leadership on the 7 mountains, as you focus on John 17, Isaiah 62, and Ephesians 4

“Specific Prayers:*
*Made PERFECTLY ONE in Unity Part 2*

*Fasting:*

*Consider Your Fast:*

Determine the type of fast you will be following, whether it’s a complete fast from food and water, or a partial fast where you abstain from certain foods or drinks.  Say, till 12 pm, 3pm, 6pm, 9pm, or 12 midnight. We encourage taking loads of water during this time.

*Purpose of Fasting:*

Remember that fasting is not just about physical deprivation, but about spiritual discipline and seeking God with a sincere heart as you prepare your heart to pray for the church and leadership.

*Replace Time with Prayer and Scripture:*

We have outlined the reading plans above. Follow this outline as much as you can. There is a reason we placed revelation as next reading right after Genesis.. discoveries will blow your mind as the Holy Spirit brings insights. This process came to me by revelation and you will do well to follow the outline

Dedicate the time you would normally spend eating to prayer, Bible study, and seeking God’s presence.

*Additional Tips:*

*Set Daily Goals:*
Establish specific goals for each day of prayer and fasting, such as a particular scripture passage to study as outlined above or a specific prayer focus as for praying for church and leadership

*Seek Accountability:*
Check in with the God’s Eagle ministry Intercessory group and the GEM community larger group to chat up others or any information that can grow your faith as we will be placing content daily to help focus, retention and righteous action.

*Be Patient and Persistent:*

Remember that spiritual growth and stamina takes time and effort. Be patient with yourself and trust in God’s timing and guidance.

*Reflect and Evaluate:*
At the end of each day, take time to reflect on your experiences and evaluate your progress, especially with the scripture reading. What are you learning? What is God saying to you? What are the new insights the Lord is bringing your way that you have never contemplated before?  As you seek God’s wisdom and guidance for the days ahead.

*Specific Prayer focus today of day 4 of 40*

*Made PERFECTLY ONE in UNITY Part 2* for the Church, leadership and yourself. Outline what God has done, what He is doing and what He will yet do for the church, leadership and all around you in Jesus name amen

*THE UNITY OF THE SPIRIT* —It is important to notice that we are not told to make this unity, but to use diligence to keep it. The unity already is; but in a practical way—not in dstrife, but in the uniting bond peace, we are to walk accordingly, in love to “all the saints.” There are various influences at work to mark this, but “the uniting bond of peace “is the practical answer to them all. The authority of the Lord, and the gracious direction and ministry of our exalted Head, will be abundantly realized by those who thus endeavour, apart from sects and schools, to keep the unity of the Spirit.

THE UNITY OF THE FAITH, in verse 13, is another matter. The activity of the gifts has the edifying of the body of Christ in view to this end: “Until we all arrive at the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God.” We must not confound the two. This is objective, whereas the unity of the Spirit is more subjective, involving the vital oneness of the members of the body of Christ. The unity of the Faith is something which the saints are to come to, or “arrive at,” in connection with the knowledge of the Son of God.

He has made a perfect revelation, and in this, known in Him alone—in Him whose words, and ways, and works, have so fully and blessedly declared the Father, His own become one in the Father and the Son. Here indeed we need to advance, to grow in the excellent knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ, the blessed Son of God, into the fellowship of whom God has graciously called us.

*THE UNITY OF THE SPIRIT* —Much has been said as to this which leaves the impression on the mind that it is something to be made or something to be attained to, instead of something to be kept, as we have said, in a practical way—in “the uniting bond of peace.” We must cease from denominating beloved saints of God by party and divisive names which are a shame to us. The practice is not only a careless one, but a sinful one; for we are all members of Christ’s body, and we must acknowledge no other membership, even if others do. Let us then, for the sake of the One who loves all His own perfectly, speak and think of one another becomingly, and be ashamed of these party names which have no right to exist, for Christ cannot be divided. This will greatly help towards practical unity in the bond of peace. The endeavouring we are exhorted to is on this line. We are to be “using diligence,” but special effort having some favoured party in view is not here contemplated. Our efforts must be governed by the truth in regard to the whole position, or they will militate against the unity of the Spirit.

It has been said, “The unity of the Spirit is that which is already formed and embraces all the members of Christ,” and again, It is “the common place which pertains to all the children of God” (W.K.).

Another wrote, “It is not only abstractedly, but actually one, forming one body, putting each member in its place in the body”; also, on my side, “If love to all the saints is not present in my spirit, I break (the unity) … while keeping it up in form”; for it is “not similarity of sentiment, but the oneness of the members of the body of Christ established by the Holy Ghost”. Where healthful diligence is in activity as to this established unity, and also advance is being made in regard to the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of our blessed Lord and Saviour as the Son of God, rich results will necessarily follow for God’s glory.

“UNITY”—Twice only is the word found in our New Testament; in Ephesians 4:3, and 13; and but once in the Old Testament. There it is significantly used in the last Song of Degrees but one; just before the Lord is blessed in the sanctuary, and His blessing flows out of Zion (Ps. 134). Mark the Spirit’s words: “Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity (Ps. 133). It is like the precious ointment which is not only upon the Head, but which reaches to all connected with Him, whilst the fragrant perfume of it pervades all around. It is also like the dew of Hermon’s height: descending, distilling, and refreshing Zion. No wonder we read, “There the Lord commands the blessing—even eternal life!” It is not surprising that this is the only place eternal life is mentioned in the O.T. except Daniel 12:2.

“Behold how good and how pleasant it is for *BRETHREN TO DWELL TOGETHER IN UNITY.”*

Shall we not seek this with diligence? It is to be our portion for ever in the Father’s house, with Him who is the Firstborn among many brethren.

*Hmmm! It is instructive to note* in the writing highlighted below from today’s reading of Revelation 16 about the coming of the Lord like a thief that we have a responsibility to WATCH and keep our garments CLEAN. Everyone understands what it means to WATCH but what about our garments and keeping them clean so that at His arrival we will not be naked and in shame? In the spiritual dimension, we have a spiritual body and this body is covered with garment. they represent our work, our lifestyle, the way of obedience for God’s instructions concerning our lives and His Torah, the bible.. If we reflect Him and represent Him correctly and of course if we are obedient to all instructions and doing the specific assignment God has laid down for us to do, then we are covered. In God’s perspective, every child of God has an assignment, has a call that decorates you and I before our God. This assignment ensures our *protection, provision and preservation* in our pilgrimage journey here on earth.

You can get some understanding of garments representing works by reading *Zechariah 3:3, the prophet describes Joshua, the high priest, standing before the angel of the Lord, clothed in filthy garments, symbolizing the sin and iniquity of the people of Israel, which are then removed, and he is given clean garments.*

When you dream or in vision, and find yourself clothed in dirty garment or naked, 70% of the time , it represents unconfessed sins or the enemy has intent to bring shame and disgrace. You must begin asking the Holy Spirit to search you and bring clarity or any spiritual door you and have inadvertently opened to the accuser and deal with it immediately before it manifests in the physical realm.

Genesis 3:6-7 is another scripture of how sin makes us naked and Galatians 3:26-27 encourages to be clothed with Christ Jesus.. representing the righteousness of Jesus Christ. You can see from that also that. clothing ourselves in the spiritual dimension is not automatic, it is our responsibility to clothe ourselves in sin or in righteousness!

Revelation 16:15, 17-21 NKJV
[15] *“Behold, I am coming as a thief. Blessed is he who watches, and keeps his garments, lest he walk naked and they see his shame.”*
[17] Then the seventh angel poured out his bowl into the air, and a loud voice came out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying, “It is done!” [18] And there were noises and thunderings and lightnings; and there was a great earthquake, such a mighty and great earthquake as had not occurred since men were on the earth. [19] Now the great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell. And great Babylon was remembered before God, to give her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of His wrath. [20] Then every island fled away, and the mountains were not found. [21] And great hail from heaven fell upon men, each hailstone about the weight of a talent. Men blasphemed God because of the plague of the hail, since that plague was exceedingly great.
