Nationwide Spiritual Tour Update: _Insights Recieved from the Holy Ghost during the tour for your application in today’s post and the next two blog post_
Title: Revival and Unity – Occupy Till I Come – Nationwide Spiritual Tour Insights 1 of 3: Where are the Apostles the Prophets the Evangelists the Pastors and the Teachers in your midst? Are they equipping or are they showing off their gifts?

Friends, I like to appreciate and thank you for your partnership in the just concluded Spiritual walk/ drive and prophetic action across our great country Nigeria.
Your prayers were felt as I bring three particular incidences that lay credence to this fact of intercession by you, our partners on the just concluded Journey.
Here they are:
*1) Near Encounter with Boko Haram Fighters*
You all know that only one major roads links MAIDUGURI to other parts of the country, heavily packed with security personnel.
After completing the Prophetic action in the city of Maiduguri, driving towards Damaturu, I saw vehicles frantically making u-turns back to Maiduguri. Upon enquiry, I was told the fighters have made an incursion unto the highway.
Led by the promptings of the Holy Spirit, I spoke out addressing Maiduguri. I said, ” Maiduguri, I did not come here to be held back by BH fighters, I have a mission to accomplish. I declare road clear for my passage in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.”
With this declaration, I proceeded. I didn’t see any incursion until I reached Damaturu to the glory of God almighty.
*2) Trailer Incidence in Akure, along Lagos Benin Expressway.* After the two engine knock incidences, as I was praying with one of our prayer partners, the Holy Spirit revealed that the serpent will try to strike in Akure and I should be prayerful. I alerted all our other intercessors of this spiritual intelligence.
I fasted throughout that day, keeping my Spiritual antennas open. At one of the check points, a trailer drove aggressively into my slot almost slamming into my car. I received an alert within split seconds that this was the incidence and I backed off avoiding the collision to the glory of God almighty.
*3) Encounter with herdsman in Taraba state:* As I was exiting Benue State, hoping to get into Jalingo in Taraba state before sundown, my front type bursted. It took an hour and a half. By the time I got into Taraba state, it was already dark. Suddenly, I noticed herd of cattle sitting on the highway while others were roaming the highway. I sensed danger and began head towards the side of the road where an opening was beginning to immerge. Within the herd, I saw a bus and people standing outside encircled by the herds and herdsman. I didn’t stop to enquire what was going on. But the arrangement does not make sense. I thank God for journey mercies.
Again, thank you fir partnership.
Driving alone across the country, I had no dull moment because I had continuous dialogue with the Holy Spirit bringing insights to questions that were bubbling up within me. With every passing state, I felt my strength renewed like the Eagle.
Thank you our partners because this Spiritual Tour of our nation wouldn’t have been possible without your involvement. The Lord bless and replenish you INDEED in myriads of ways in Jesus name.

During the nationwide Spiritual tour, I mentioned in one my blog post that the church cannot wage a sustained campaign as currently constituted. We have to make some small or major changes that will yield maximum return on *time, talent and treasures God has deposited in the body of believers*
In answering today’s question, I would like to draw a parallel with worldly military occupation troops.
I will use the USA as an example. I have attached with this blog a 32 page document that details the structure of the US Armed forces and how the operate to give us a mirror of occupational troop of which we all are in Christ Jesus.
Structurally, There are five branches of the USA military — *the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, and Coast Guard* —under three primary military departments: the Department of the Army, the Department of the Navy, and the Department of the Air Force. The Marine Corps is permanently within the Department of the Navy, while the Coast Guard falls under the authority of the Department of the Navy in wartime and under the Department of Homeland Security in times of peace. However, the Coast Guard is always considered one of the five branches of military service. In you will find full details in the 32 page document. Combination of these five branches are deployed to foreign lands at one time or another.
But for our discussion today,
Our core scripture for meditation is : Luke 19:13

*13 And he called his ten servants, and delivered them ten pounds, and said unto them, Occupy till I come.*
Another rendition says, *Luke 19:13*

13 Calling ten of his servants, he gave them ten manim [a maneh is about three months’ wages] and said to them, *‘Do business with this while I’m away.’*
If the church must do a profitable business for the kingdom of God, then we need functional, operational, well organized structure that know their place as we Engage and bring souls into the kingdom.
Paul, by the leading of the Holy Spirit gave a very succinct structure of the five fold ministry for this awesome work of occupying till He comes.
Here is it in:
*Ephesians 4:11-13*

11 And He Himself gave some to be *apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers,* 12 for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the [a]edifying of the body of Christ, 13 till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ;
From the above, we see five ministries which are
1) Apostles , like an Entrepreneur
*2) Prophets, like a provocateur
*3) Evangelist, like a recruiter
*4) Pastors , like integrator
*5) Teachers, like interpreter

Now, I ask you. In your small fellowships, churches, missions or parachurch organizations, where are the Apostles, the Prophets, the Evangelists, the Pastors and the Teachers? Some of you have over 300 hundred members, some 3000 thousand, some 3 million or more, yet, we can’t pinpoint who they are. How can we wage a successful campaign of occupying till Jesus comes?
In the early church, everyone used of God in those days was classified in those 5 categories.
I give two examples for your meditation today. There are these:
*Acts 21:8-10*

8 And the next day we that were of Paul’s company departed, and came unto Caesarea: and we entered into the house of Philip the evangelist, which was one of the seven; and abode with him.
9 And the same man had four daughters, virgins, which did prophesy.
10 And as we tarried there many days, there came down from Judaea a certain prophet, named Agabus.
And
*Acts 13:1-3*

13 Now there were in the church that was at Antioch certain prophets and teachers; as Barnabas, and Simeon that was called Niger, and Lucius of Cyrene, and Manaen, which had been brought up with Herod the tetrarch, and Saul.
2 As they ministered to the Lord, and fasted, the Holy Ghost said, Separate me Barnabas and Saul for the work whereunto I have called them.
3 And when they had fasted and prayed, and laid their hands on them, they sent them away.
*– Carefully think and MEDITATE about this text.*
*ACTION:*
No one in God’s kingdom should be a bench wormer.
I throw a challenge to you today. Go through your membership list. Or do a serious Spiritual self assessment or begin a serious engagement with your members, find out what ministry gift God has given them, test it and begin classifying and applying them as you engage the mission field for profitable returns to our master in Jesus name.
An evangelist should be leading your outreach and equipping others as they apply their gifts on the mission field.

You need it as we go into these uncertain times in Jesus name, Amen
