*Jacob Wrestles With God*
22 That night Jacob got up and took his two wives, his two female servants and his eleven sons(A) and crossed the ford of the Jabbok.(B) 23 After he had sent them across the stream, he sent over all his possessions.(C) 24 So Jacob was left alone,(D) and a man(E) wrestled with him till daybreak. 25 When the man saw that he could not overpower him, he touched the socket of Jacob’s hip(F) so that his hip was wrenched as he wrestled with the man. 26 Then the man said, “Let me go, for it is daybreak.”
But Jacob replied, “I will not let you go unless you bless me.”(G)
27 The man asked him, “What is your name?”
“Jacob,”(H) he answered.
28 Then the man said, “Your name(I) will no longer be Jacob, but Israel,[a](J) because you have struggled with God and with humans and have overcome.”(K)
29 Jacob said, “Please tell me your name.”(L)
But he replied, “Why do you ask my name?”(M) Then he blessed(N) him there.
30 So Jacob called the place Peniel,[b] saying, “It is because I saw God face to face,(O) and yet my life was spared.”

2 Timothy 2:20-21

20 But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and silver, but also [utensils] of wood and earthenware, and some for honorable and noble [use] and some for menial and ignoble [use].
21 So whoever cleanses himself [from what is ignoble and unclean, who separates himself from contact with contaminating and corrupting influences] will [then himself] be a vessel set apart and useful for honorable and noble purposes, consecrated and profitable to the Master, fit and ready for any good work.
Comments to meditate: It takes passing through many things in the hands of God, man and the devil for man to have power with God, man and the devil_The vessel have need to submit self to purging, separate or consecration and continuous pruning in the hands of our master and maker God
Are YOU passing through unspeakable THING or THINGS RIGHT NOW? Cheer UP for it is part of the JOURNEY of PREPARATION for the next PHASE
You can never be relevant to any person or people group without first sitting where they are HURTING – This is a silent message to those crying out day and night for God to use them in their generation.God is only permitted to prepare those who have accepted to SERVE and Yielded TOTALLY to time and times of preparation in the secret place. God uses vessels He Himself have prepared. These ones will willingly come under the shadow of the almighty. They are sheep and not goats Psalm 91, Matthew 25:34- end
God does not use your certificate earned from some religious or secular school to hand you for that ministry call, a burden you carry everyday. He uses the fiery battle frontline of life to prepare you for that “use me” prayer request you have been gloriously shouting out to Him on your knees in prayer. 1 Peter 5:9
He uses your enemies or frenemies or those in your inner circle to BREAK YOU DOWN and remold you to a vessel He Himself can use for the time and season appointed……the seasons appointed- He knows. God is not without plans for your life, He knows, He sees and He is working towards an end process if only you and I will yield humbly to Him despite the vessel He decides to use for that humbling process. Not yielding is the only impediment to a SPEEDY exit out of the training school of preparation..if you doubt this statement, then ask the Israelite’s 40 years school training experience in the desert or Moses 40 years training with the sheep of His father in-law in Midian or David’s training with sheep as a Shepherd boy in the backside of nowhere or Joseph’s training experience as a slave in Portiphar’s house or Jesus, despite being divine, went through training school in the first 30 years of His life here on earth – You can never an exception to this divine PRACTICAL training experience…no malpractices, no automatic promotion and no favorites in God’s kingdom when it comes to preparation for a suitable vessel useful for the masters us.
Don’t ask, “why me?” Rather, ask, “is this THING or THINGS I am experiencing part of the process? What is it meant to achieve in the pruning process to fashion me into the image and likeness of Your Son for the service You are preparing me for? – John 15
God Himself will know, you will know and the devil will know when YOU are READY for that “use me” prayer request of yours and for the next phase or the next promotion examination which will warrant a next phase of preparation – it is a continuous life process until we exit this realm of reality! James 1:2
So, don’t lose heart, just look up for your redemption draws near.

*4 Who comforts (consoles and encourages) us in every trouble (calamity and affliction), so that we may also be able to comfort (console and encourage) those who are in any kind of trouble or distress, with the comfort (consolation and encouragement) with which we ourselves are comforted (consoled and encouraged) by God.*
*5 For just as Christ’s [[a]own] sufferings fall to our lot [b][as they overflow upon His disciples, and we share and experience them] abundantly, so through Christ comfort (consolation and encouragement) is also [shared and experienced] abundantly by us*
