Your request alerts Heaven that you are more than just available, you are committed to responding whenever God nudges you. It is called the master key because your urgent plea opens the door to a life of miracles for others and eventually you. God loved the world that He gave.. We said, God is constantly asking this question, “Who shall we send?”, “Who will go for us?” We said we should make a commitment to Volunteer with the words, “Here am I, send me.” Which is our first key. Today, we are taking up the second key- The People Key that unlocks the continuous flow of miracles for you and others! What is the people key? The people key readies you for the inevitable moment when Heaven’s agenda collides with your own. When you apply the key, you put yourself and Heaven on notice that you have decided to make God’s heart for people your own. Because, you now SHARE His passion for people, you will be prepared to deliver miracles to whomever He ask whenever He asks and wherever He asks. Remember, in our earlier series we said God’s greatest asset is people – Tall, short, fat, slim, rich, poor, healthy, unhealthy, black, white, red..name it. We said, God is looking for ways to reach people..to respond to prayers.. Nine out of ten, He uses the willing people to respond to a request for miracle for others..are you available for Him to work through You? You must walk with God on a highly-committed level – no casual. He has to be the one leading. You don’t have to have all the facts.. Every step of obedience unlocks the next instruction. The scriptures read in 2 Chronicles 16:9 New Life Version 9 For the eyes of the Lord move over all the earth so that He may give strength to those whose whole heart is given to Him. You have done a foolish thing. So from now on you will have wars.” Another rendition says 2 Chronicles 16:9 The Message 9. God is always on the alert, constantly on the lookout for people who are totally committed to him. You were foolish to go for human help when you could have had God’s help. Now you’re in trouble—one round of war after another.” What does totally committed mean? You could say, totally covenanted to Him or totally consecrated to Him. Over and over in the scriptures, we find people cutting covenant with God. When we cut covenant with God on any issue, we are saying, “Lord, I like to have a special relationship with You on this matter. I don’t want to join the crowd. I know you love everyone, but I want to have a special, deeper walk with you on this matter.” We read Enoch’s account in Genesis 5:21-24 Amplified Bible, Classic Edition 21 When Enoch was 65 years old, Methuselah was born. 22 Enoch walked [in habitual fellowship] with God after the birth of Methuselah 300 years and had other sons and daughters. 23 So all the days of Enoch were 365 years. 24 And Enoch walked [in habitual fellowship] with God; and he was not, for God took him [home with Him]. What did Enoch do differently from other cowboys before him? The above scriptures says, “Enoch walked with God.” We did not hear God coming to Enoch. In a nutshell, Enoch took the initiate to have a special walk with God. Read Gods heart in the next text.. Jeremiah 29:11-14 Amplified Bible, Classic Edition 11 For I know the thoughts and plans that I have for you, says the Lord, thoughts and plans for welfare and peace and not for evil, to give you hope in your final outcome. 12 Then you will call upon Me, and you will come and pray to Me, and I will hear and heed you. 13 Then you will seek Me, inquire for, and require Me [as a vital necessity] and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart. 14 I will be found by you, says the Lord, and I will release you from captivity and gather you from all the nations and all the places to which I have driven you, says the Lord, and I will bring you back to the place from which I caused you to be carried away captive. God is saying the above text that He has great plans for us but we must take the initiated to come deeper, to come closer, to come the extra mile and we will find Him. The initiate is ours to consecrate ourselves unto God.. To go a notch higher than expected. Until we do, we cant find Gods best for us and for humanity. God has determined looong ago that His Spirit will never strive with man. He has given us all the freedom in the world to make any kind of decision we want. They only thing He has held back is the consequences of our decisions. We have no control over those outcomes. It is not in our realm to determine. Read Genesis 6:3 To activate the people key, we will need to activate a covenant with God, then He can trust us to send us as miracle delivery agents to others within our reach. Remember that every covenant we cut with God has a blessing and a price tag that His grace will cover. Before I outline the covenant to activate the key, let me tell you a story..a true story. In the year of our Lord, September 20th, 2004, 16 years ago, my wife and I cut a covenant with God whilst in the United Kingdom.. It is called certificate of covenant. Identical covenant. I signed mine, my wife witnessed and she signed hers and I witnessed on hers. Interesting, isn’t it? Here is the wording in the certificate of covenant. This certifies that on 20th September of the year 2004, being of sound mind and by my own fee will, I enter into solemn and binding covenant with Almighty God. I hereby make Jesus Christ the total Lord and Master over every area of my life. I humbly ask the blessed Holy Spirit to fill me and help me to keep this covenant. I realize that this covenant is binding for the rest of my life here on earth and throughout all of eternity. Name Witness. I can’t tell you how many crazy things God has told us to do that we have obeyed and when we look back, it was all worth it. Things we had to give away, places we had to live that was never on our agenda, people we had to engage? And a host of others. My visible encounter with the Lord Jesus Christ in 2006 which ushered in the assignment we are both pursing today I believe were offshoot of the above certificate of covenant we invoked. Oh, by the way, when we forget, the Holy Spirit reminds us to go check it out and if we refuse to obey the instructions, there are always unpalatable consequences. Remember Jonah in the belly of the whale? You also need to read Jacob (Israel) Covenant with God at Bethel and how he diverted to Shechem, got into trouble with the locals and God told him to go to Bethel where Jacob cut covenant with God that if God protects him on his journey, he will return and worship God in that place whilst running away from his brother Esau. Jacob returned but did not settle in Bethel. God had to remind him. Read this Genesis 28:10-22 Amplified Bible, Classic Edition 10 And Jacob left Beersheba and went toward Haran. 11 And he came to a certain place and stayed there overnight, because the sun was set. Taking one of the stones of the place, he put it under his head and lay down there to sleep. 12 And he dreamed that there was a ladder set up on the earth, and the top of it reached to heaven; and the angels of God were ascending and descending on it! 13 And behold, the Lord stood over and beside him and said, I am the Lord, the God of Abraham your father [forefather] and the God of Isaac; I will give to you and to your descendants the land on which you are lying. 14 And your offspring shall be as [countless as] the dust or sand of the ground, and you shall spread abroad to the west and the east and the north and the south; and by you and your Offspring shall all the families of the earth be blessed and bless themselves. 15 And behold, I am with you and will keep (watch over you with care, take notice of) you wherever you may go, and I will bring you back to this land; for I will not leave you until I have done all of which I have told you. 16 And Jacob awoke from his sleep and he said, Surely the Lord is in this place and I did not know it. 17 He was afraid and said, How to be feared and reverenced is this place! This is none other than the house of God, and [a]this is the gateway to heaven! 18 And Jacob rose early in the morning and took the stone he had put under his head, and he set it up for a pillar (a monument to the vision in his dream), and he poured oil on its top [in dedication]. 19 And he named that place Bethel [the house of God]; but the name of that city was Luz at first. 20 Then Jacob made a vow, saying, If God will be with me and will keep me in this way that I go and will give me food to eat and clothing to wear, 21 So that I may come again to my father’s house in peace, then the Lord shall be my God; 22 And this stone which I have set up as a pillar (monument) shall be God’s house [a sacred place to me], and of all [the increase of possessions] that You give me I will give the tenth to You. And this Genesis 35:1 Amplified Bible, Classic Edition 35 And God said to Jacob, Arise, go up to Bethel and dwell there. And make there an altar to God Who appeared to you [in a distinct manifestation] when you fled from the presence of Esau your brother. SO, if you want to be a miracle delivery agent, here are the declaration to activate the second key as follows :- Eight (8) declarations to Activate the second key, the people key – A Right of way – Dealing with People Since I know that my plans and preferences will often be on collision course with God’s miracle agenda for me, I surrender my rights in advance to God. 1) I willingly take up my role as a servant, following the example of Christ. 2) I view every person I meet as a potential miracle opportunity; no matter how surprised or unprepared I feel. 3) I agree in advance to yield to God the details of time and place for my next miracle appointment 4) I surrender my expectations, rights, and preferences 5) I put down my expectations that those I serve should be worthy or grateful, because I serve everyone as to the Lord. ( Colossians 3:23-24) 6) I place my business for God and any other good work in second position to God’s leading in the course of a miracle delivery. 7) I commit to seeing others through His eyes and responding to them with His heart, not mine, asking the spirit to help me 8) I take off my preferred people glasses and choose instead to view those I serve including those I find most challenging or unappealing – as Christ Himself, because inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me. ( Matthew 25:40,45). Therefore, I no longer own the right to how I serve. Those belong to God. Sign and date, and file it. This brings us to the end of the second key. Next Sunday, we bring you the 3rd key – The Spirit Key. So, be on standby for Sunday. Until then, remain blessed, remain Joyful and remain in Peace which only Christ provides! Shalom! Comment: 2000 plus years ago, Gods seed was killed and buried but on the third day, He resurrected. Despite intense persecution against the WAY all through history, that single seed is still speaking life and bringing to life billions in darkness and death who are then bringing forth more seeds and harvest into the kingdom. God’s wisdom is foolishness to the world.
Lord, I receive grace to die to self daily as I follow You for effectiveness in the place of multiplication and increase of godly seeds in the earth in Jesus name, amen.
