18th Prayer / Fasting for Church and Leadership – Day 1 of 40: Thrusting out Labourers – 5 Things to Avoid and 5 Things to Deploy

Question: Where are the Labourers?
Answer: Lost and inundated in organized church activities, warming pews, recycling Christians from other churches; like Martha, serving as the deem fit outside kingdom ordained agenda.
Why are the Labourers lost?
1) Too much Teaching 50% – Labourers Preached to stagnation like the dead sea
2) Too much Preaching 30% – Labourers Preached to standstill like Mount Sinai
3) Too little inhouse Training – 10% Labourers told to Hear what I say, don’t do as I do. Let me do the work, just watch and do nothing because I am anointed and you are not.
4) Too little hands-on field Equipping 5%
5) Too little God ordained, God tailored Field Deployment – 5%
What must be done URGENTLY?
1) Pray the Lord of the harvest to thrust out labourers out of comfort zone into the mission field in seven spheres and seven realms – Families, Government, education, economy, media, religion, and celebration Luke 10:2-3, Matthew 9:35-38
2) Increase God ordained, God directed practical training, Equipping and deployment in the mission fields of life
3) By all means possible, set fire to the personal altars, as labourers directly engage God for themselves to download original kingdom intent to their spirit man so that the being and doing will align for kingdom advancement.

4) Pray to expose satanic agents and shake to breakdown satanic altars camouflaging as angel of light, as we tear down the veil covering the people in ignorance and spiritual blindness.
